Rhomboid Minor
Musculus rhomboideus minor
The rhomboid minor sits just above the rhomboid major and works with it to retract and stabilize the scapula against the rib cage. Though small, it contributes to scapular control during rows and pulls and helps maintain upright posture by keeping the shoulder blades retracted.
