Snatch-Grip High Pull
Snatch High Pull · Wide-Grip High Pull
BarbellPlate Free weightsFunctional
The snatch-grip high pull uses a wide grip to extend the range of the pull, accelerating the bar high with the hips and a powerful shrug, reinforcing the snatch second pull. The wider hands increase upper-back and trap demand through a longer pulling path. Extend the hips fully, then shrug and pull the elbows high and wide to drive the bar toward the upper chest while keeping it close to the body.
