Weighted Pull-Up

The weighted pull-up adds external load via a dip belt, weight vest, or a dumbbell held between the feet to progressively overload the standard pull-up once bodyweight reps become easy. It is one of the best mass and strength builders for the lats and upper back. Add weight gradually and maintain a full range of motion with a controlled descent.
