Straddling a landmine-anchored bar and pulling a V-handle into the torso, the T-bar row loads the mid-back through a long, fixed range of motion. The supported bar path lets you focus on lats, rhomboids, and mid-traps with heavy weight. Hinge to a strong flat-back position, drive the elbows back, and squeeze the shoulder blades together at the top.
