The triceps dip is the umbrella bodyweight pushing movement where the body is lowered and pressed back up between handles, training the triceps and chest with help from the front delts. Staying upright with elbows tucked biases the triceps, while leaning forward with flared elbows biases the chest. Lower until the elbows reach roughly 90 degrees and avoid sinking too deep to protect the shoulders.
