The reverse wrist curl trains the wrist extensors on the top of the forearm by lifting the back of the hand upward with the palms facing down. Rest the forearms on a bench or thighs with the wrists hanging over the edge, then extend the wrists against the load through a full range. It uses lighter weights than the standard wrist curl and is essential for balancing the forearm, building wrist stability, and preventing elbow overuse.
