Common Flexor Tendon
Tendo communis musculorum flexorum

The common flexor tendon is the shared attachment of the superficial flexor-pronator muscles to the medial epicondyle of the humerus. Repetitive gripping and wrist-flexion load can overload this origin and cause medial epicondylitis (golfer’s elbow). It is the anatomical anchor through which forearm flexion and pronation forces are transmitted to the upper arm.
