The cable wrist curl keeps constant tension on the wrist flexors throughout the range because the resistance does not drop off at the bottom like free weights. Set a low pulley with a straight bar, rest the forearms on your knees or a bench with the wrists hanging over the edge, and curl by flexing only the wrists. The steady pull makes it excellent for a deep stretch and a strong squeeze on every rep.
