Behind-the-Back Wrist Curl
Standing Behind-the-Back Barbell Wrist Curl · Behind-Back Wrist Curl
Barbell Free weights
The behind-the-back wrist curl is performed standing with a barbell held behind the glutes, curling the wrists upward against the thighs. Holding the bar behind the body lets the wrists travel through a long range and lets the legs help support the load between reps. Stand tall, keep the arms relaxed, and flex only at the wrists to drive the flexors without involving the elbows.
