The barbell wrist curl loads both wrist flexors at once with a supinated grip, allowing heavier overload than dumbbells. Sit with the forearms along your thighs or a bench and the wrists hanging just past the edge, let the bar roll down to the fingers, then curl it up by flexing only the wrists. Keep the loads moderate to protect the wrist and finger joints and squeeze at the top of every rep.
