The triceps kickback hinges the torso forward and extends one arm straight back from a flexed elbow, peak-contracting the triceps at lockout. Tuck the upper arm tight against the torso and keep it parallel to the floor so the elbow is the only thing that moves. Keep the back flat and avoid swinging; squeeze the triceps hard at full extension before lowering under control.
