The overhead dumbbell triceps extension cups a single dumbbell (or holds one in each hand) overhead and bends at the elbows to lower it behind the head, biasing the long head of the triceps through the overhead stretch. Keep the torso tall and core braced with the weight tracking the line of the spine. Avoid flaring the elbows and move only at the elbow to keep tension on the triceps and spare the shoulders.
