The overhead cable triceps extension faces away from a low or high pulley with a rope and extends the arms behind the head, keeping constant cable tension on the triceps with strong emphasis on the long head. Grip the rope with a neutral grip, hinge the torso slightly forward with a flat back, and extend the elbows fully overhead. Keep the upper arms still and drive the movement purely from elbow extension.
