The EZ-bar curl uses the angled grip of a cambered bar to reduce wrist strain compared with a straight barbell while still allowing heavy bilateral loading. Take a semi-supinated grip on the angled sections, keep the elbows close, and curl without swinging. It is a comfortable workhorse for biceps mass.
