Decline Push-Up
Feet-Elevated Push-Up · Decline Pushup
BodyweightBench Calisthenics
Elevating the feet shifts more bodyweight onto the arms and biases the load toward the upper chest and front delts, making this a harder progression of the standard push-up. Maintain a rigid plank and avoid letting the hips sag as you lower the chest to the floor. It increases pressing difficulty without added equipment.
