Infraspinatus Tendon

The infraspinatus tendon attaches to the middle facet of the greater tubercle and transmits the muscle’s external-rotation force to the humerus. It blends with the joint capsule and the adjacent supraspinatus and teres minor tendons to form the posterior portion of the rotator cuff.
