Flexor Carpi Radialis Tendon
Tendo musculi flexoris carpi radialis

The flexor carpi radialis tendon runs in its own groove on the trapezium and is a key palpable landmark at the wrist, used to locate the radial artery just lateral to it. It transmits wrist-flexion and radial-deviation force during grip and wrist-curl work. The tendon can become irritated where it passes through its fibro-osseous tunnel.
