Brachioradialis Tendon

The brachioradialis tendon is a long, flat tendon that carries the muscle’s pull from the mid-forearm to the lateral distal radius. It transmits elbow-flexion force generated in the neutral forearm position used in hammer and reverse curls. Its long lever and insertion point make brachioradialis an efficient elbow flexor near the wrist.
