Pressing dumbbells on an inclined bench combines the upper-chest emphasis of the incline angle with the extended range and unilateral stabilization of dumbbells. Set the bench to about 30-45 degrees, keep the shoulder blades pinned, and press the dumbbells up and slightly together. It is a staple for building the clavicular head of the pectoralis major.
