Bodyweight Calisthenics
The floor crunch is the unweighted bodyweight version of the crunch, done lying on the back with knees bent and feet flat to curl the rib cage toward the hips. It is the most accessible ab isolation, requiring no equipment and easy to scale by adjusting arm position. Press the lower back into the floor, lift only the shoulder blades, and avoid pulling the head forward with the hands.
