The cable crossover uses dual high or mid pulleys to provide constant tension on the pectoralis major throughout the full range of horizontal adduction, including a strong squeeze at the contracted position. Stand with a slight forward lean, keep a soft elbow bend, and bring the handles together in front of the chest. It is a favorite for chest definition and inner-chest contraction.
