We went Trick or Treating (a second time today) with Brigetta and Heloise. The weather was fantastic. And this gave them an opportunity to catch up their haul to match the older brothers. They actually were fine with going for an hour. I think they had consumed enough candy that they weren’t super motivated to get an enormous amount tonight (which I didn’t mind myself).
They both had a couple Halloween jokes ready to tell. Seeing them interact well and politely with adults is fun and satisfying and makes me want to get them out far more. One of the little benefits of Halloween that I had never thought of before - a lot of casual interaction with strangers wrapped up in a single night.
