Distal Biceps Tendon
Tendo distalis musculi bicipitis brachii

The distal biceps tendon attaches the muscle to the radial tuberosity and transmits both elbow-flexion and supination force. It is the tendon that tears in distal biceps ruptures, typically during a heavy eccentric load on a flexed, supinated arm, and is therefore important to protect with controlled curling tempo.
