Brachialis Tendon
Tendo musculi brachialis
The brachialis tendon anchors the muscle to the ulna, transmitting pure elbow-flexion force regardless of forearm rotation. Because it inserts on the ulna rather than the radius, it is unaffected by grip orientation, which is why the brachialis contributes flexion strength across all curl variations.
