Bicipital Aponeurosis
Aponeurosis musculi bicipitis brachii

The bicipital aponeurosis is a broad fibrous sheet spreading from the distal biceps tendon across the medial forearm flexors. It offloads some force from the radial insertion and protects the underlying brachial artery and median nerve, and it serves as a surgical landmark for distal biceps repair.
