Adductor Longus Tendon

The proximal tendon of the adductor longus at the pubis is the single most common site of “groin strain” and adductor-related tendinopathy in sprinting and kicking athletes. Strengthening this tendon with progressive adduction loading and Copenhagen exercises is central to groin-injury prevention and rehab.
