Stiff-Leg Deadlift

The stiff-leg deadlift keeps the knees nearly locked and pulls from the floor each rep, maximizing the stretch and load on the hamstrings. Compared with the RDL it has a longer range and resets on the ground between reps. Maintain a flat back and let the hips travel back to avoid loading the lumbar spine in flexion.
