Good Morning

The good morning is a hip hinge with a barbell racked across the upper back, training the hamstrings, glutes, and spinal erectors. The erectors work isometrically to hold a neutral spine while the hips fold and extend. Keep a slight knee bend and push the hips back, stopping when the torso nears parallel or hamstring tension limits range.
