Bodyweight Calisthenics

The front plank is the classic forearm-supported version of the plank, holding a rigid line on the elbows and toes to challenge the anterior core against extension. An RKC-style cue of squeezing the glutes and bracing hard turns it into a high-tension full-body hold. Keep the elbows under the shoulders, ribs down, and pelvis tucked so the lower back stays flat.
